INSTRUCT US?
JAMES SCOTT is an independent and specialist legal practice
which was established in Crete in 2007.
We offer a wide range of legal services, specialising
in Estate Administration, Inheritance Actions, Commercial
and other disputes, Traffic Offences, and Litigation.
We are able to undertake most kinds of legal work even
if it is complex. We also undertake Agency work.
We advise on the law of England and Wales: our clients
are principally either UK-based or expatriates living
in Crete.
Our fees are discussed with the client at the outset.
We do not deal with the buying and selling of property
in Crete, nor do we advise on Greek law; we may however
be able to suggest who would be able to help in that respect.
James Scott offers local, face-to-face advice, founded
on nearly 30 years’ experience, to English people
living or staying in Crete who find themselves with legal
problems in the U.K.: for U.K.-based clients, that experience
can be brought to bear effectively with contemporary technology,
often at a much lower cost than is charged to them there. |
